bonnie_awardBonnie Dayan loved life. She always gave 110% effort during her 25 years at Triangle. Ironically, she was too ill to receive her gift for 25 years of service. Bonnie never boasted about her accomplishments. On the contrary, she was there whenever an employee, friend or family member needed her help in any capacity. As a memorial to Bonnie’s spirit and energy, Triangle has created:

The Bonnie Dayan Award for Outstanding Achievement
Performance • Professionalism • Perseverance

The Bonnie Dayan Annual Achievement Award is presented to a Triangle team member demonstrating stellar performance, productivity, teamwork and positive attitude. The winner will be a person that Bonnie would have chosen. Recipients will be honored with a personalized award, the addition of their name to an award plaque, a cash bonus and a charitable donation of the honoree’s choosing made by Triangle in their name.

All Triangle employees are encouraged to participate in the nomination process. They do so by filling out a nomination form that includes a brief paragraph on who they are voting for and why they feel that person deserves the award. They also take into account such traits as: attention to detail, creativity, honesty, and professionalism. The winner will be announced in March. Last year, there was a tie. Both Ken Blakeslee and Dave Wagner were honored for their outstanding service to Triangle and had their names added to the plaque that graces the front lobby at Triangle.

We’ll be sure to highlight the winner next month.
